THE NEXT STEP.
This is decision time. Do you want to buy a property in spain?
If the answer is no your journey stops here. If the answer is
YES then join us on our 3-4 day Inspection Visit.
INSPECTION VISIT.
This important time will enable us to show you properties that
fit your criteria with a relaxed informal trip. We will spend
some valuable time on the location. Should you not wish to drive
in Spain then public transport is necessary, Schools, Health
Service ect. All the services one needs.
If you're using the property as a holiday home, do you want
to let the property out and let it pay for itself? We will provide
all the infomation from start to finish.
Our inspection visits start €150 per person and remember,
if you purchase a property through us we will refund the cost
of your visit.
