Buyer's Guide
Our company has an extensive portfolio of properties
throughout Southern Spain, ranging from studios to villas, fincas
to cortijo, new developments and investments. Our website covers
a selection of properties but in reality we have over 12,000
properties to suit all.
However, the most important part of our website is the section
that deals with the info you give us. No we do not want your
bank details or your credit card number and we will not want
you to sign anything. All we require is the information that
will enable us to provide you with information on properties:
1. Location
2. The type of property
3. The specification i.e. no. of bedrooms etc.
4. Budget
If you are unsure of the location we will spend time showing
you the different areas on the Costa del Sol. We have used the
word location above; it's a word used a lot in our industry.
However, our service to you starts with preparation, preparation,
preparation. Too many times prospective clients arrive here
on the coast and waste precious time looking at properties that
do not fit their criteria.
